The Harvard Ministerial Leadership Program supports government Ministers with pivotal economic and human development-related responsibilities to exercise purposeful leadership and achieve transformative policy goals.
Launched in 2012, the Ministerial Program is a joint initiative of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and the Harvard Graduate School of Education in collaboration with Big Win Philanthropy.

The Dashboard provides up-to-date data for countries participating in the Ministerial Program on human development across 3 key sectors (health, education, and economy) and 4 system elements (budget, delivery system inputs, system outputs, and human development outcomes). It also allows for cross-country comparison, focusing on the relationship between budget and other system elements.
